    Question 350 chevy studder

At around 2700 to 2900 rpm my engine studders. I can floor it and off it goes, it starts good runs smooth, the timing is dead on, fuel filter is new plugs cap and rotor are new.
The engine is a 350, 030 overbore, flat tops, 202 heads, mild cam, edelbrock intake, carter competition carb, and headman headers. I was thinking mabey an intake leak but cant find one using propane as an exiter so im getting frustrated!
    Any ideas would be awsome!!!

you might have a little bit of dirt in one of the jets, sometimes they get by the filter try taking the top of the carb off and blowing the jets out with air, and carb cleaner.

Where do you have your timing set? Not at the stock setting I hope, should be about 5 deg. more advanced than stock. Is the carb. have mechanical or Vacuum secondaries? could be there opening a little too soon. Is the carb new or an old one you had on the motor before? Also check your plug wires.
